Meet Dr. Jackson Lau

Dr. Jackson Lau is a therapeutic optometrist with glaucoma certification and is trained in the treatment and management of eye diseases, specialty contact lenses, scleral contact lenses, advance dry eye treatment, pediatrics, myopia management, and the preoperative evaluation and postoperative care of patients.

Dr. Lau is Board Certified, by the American Board of Optometry (ABO) and was on the ABO Board of Directors. Only a small percentage of optometrists nationwide have this distinguished honor and have chosen to complete this rigorous certification exam and yearly maintenance requirements.

Dr. Lau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of British Columbia and a Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Lau was an investigator in the Multi-Ethnic Pediatric Eye Disease Study Group that has been published in several peer reviewed journals.

In addition to being the chief clinical director of Beverly Hills Vision Group, Dr. Lau is also on staff at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is on the Forbes Health Advisory Board.
